| On the committee since the early eighties, I have appeared in many productions over the years ranging from leading parts to three or four lines as a nurse or maid. I have enjoyed equally my backstage roles on the props team, costumes and even prompt on one occasion - the least said about that the better. Like many of our members I have also worked on the front of house team, helped run the bar and sold programmes. |  |
I hope I have responded to my election on the drama committee by helping to run the group in a practical and sensible way contributing to the success which we have enjoyed over the years. My interests outside the drama group range from cross stitch to cricket but my most important responsibility when on drama business is to have the tea cupboard key! |
