I joined the Drama Group about 10 years ago and had no intention of stepping onto the stage – and this I have avoided! Being a member of a Drama Group does not always mean being an actress – there are numerous other jobs.

I became a committee member an unknown number of years ago. I am assistant secretary which I hope is self explanatory. It is usual to undertake other tasks as and when required such as organising the Christmas dinner or a light hearted sports evening at a local pub.
